PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlabial pad which reduces the foreign-body sensation to a wearer, prevents the leakage of menstrual blood, and also reduces the dropping of the interlabial pad.
SOLUTION: The hydrolytic interlabial pad has an absorber which absorbs a body fluid, a back side sheet 46b which covers the clothes side of the absorber, and a front face side sheet 46a which covers the body side of the absorber. The absorber has a body fluid storage layer 42 which is arranged on the back side sheet side, and a labial following layer 44 which is arranged on the front face side sheet side, is softer than the body fluid storage layer, is wider than the body fluid storage layer, and is in contact with the body fluid storage layer. It is characterized by creating space 51 on both sides of the width direction of the body fluid storage layer with the absorber covered with the front face side sheet and the back side sheet.
