A dry powder inhaler (DPI) structure is provided that includes a DPI that is placed in fluid communication with a spacer device 110, the spacer device 110 including a bag 112 and a body 118 that includes an inlet 114 and an opposite outlet 116. An inlet 114 and an opposite outlet 116 are included and are integrally provided in the body 118. The body 118 and the bag 112 form a chamber 120 that combines and operably receives the evaporated dry powder drug. Inlet 114 and outlet 116 are each in the form of ports in fluid flow connection with chamber 120. Inlet 114 and outlet 116 are defined and separated by a wide V-shape formed as part of body 118. Body 118 further includes an oval lower perimeter 118.1 that defines a flange 118.2 for removably receiving bag 112.
