To provide a myoelectric potential acquisition apparatus that acquires the maximum myoelectric potential for satisfying the accuracy serving as the standard of a botulinum toxin dosage unit to a botulinum therapy patient.SOLUTION: A myoelectric potential acquisition apparatus has: biomedical electrodes 11, 11 affixed to a patient; a myoelectric potential acquisition unit 12 for acquiring multiple myoelectric potential derived from the biomedical electrodes 11, 11 for every predetermined time elapse in patient's arousal; an amplification rectification unit 13 for amplifying and rectifying the multiple myoelectric potential acquired by the myoelectric potential acquisition unit 12, and thereby generating it as multiple myoelectric potential signals; a maximum myoelectric potential extraction unit 14 for extracting the maximum myoelectric potential for every multiple myoelectric potential signal generated by the amplification rectification unit 13; and a medication standard determination unit 15 for assuming the largest maximum myoelectric potential among the multiple maximum myoelectric potential as the standard maximum myoelectric potential, and determining whether or not the standard maximum myoelectric potential satisfies a predetermined condition.
