PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnosing treatment apparatus which reduces X-ray exposure dose of a patient or an operator during treatment using a balloon catheter.
SOLUTION: A balloon dilator 17 pressurizes or decompresses a balloon mounted on a balloon catheter 16, and a pressure gauge 18 measures pressure within the balloon. A dilating condition determining section 19 determines whether the balloon is in a non-dilation maintaining state or in a dilation maintaining state on the basis of the pressure value and/or pressure change value within the balloon. In the dilation maintaining state, a main control section 27 makes an X-ray emitting section 2 to emit X-ray according to following conditions, that is, at a pulse rate lower than that in the non-dilation maintaining state, at an X-ray dose lower than that in the non-dilation maintaining state, and/or to an irradiation field narrower than that in the non-dilation maintaining state.
