Provided is the apparatus for providing sterilizing water for dental treatment, the apparatus comprising: a generation unit (330) which generates hypochlorous acid water having a predetermined concentration a storage unit (250) which stores the hypochlorous acid water generated in the generation unit (330) and a transfer part (270) which transfers the hypochlorous acid water, stored in the storage unit (250), to a place of use wherein the generation unit (330) comprises an electrolyte tank (331) configured to store electrolyte, an electrolytic cell (334) configured to generate hypochlorous acid by electrolyzing the electrolyte, and an electrolyte pump (332) configured to be driven in response to a predetermined pulse signal so as to successively introduce a predetermined amount of electrolyte from the electrolyte tank (331) to the electrolytic cell (334), and wherein hypochlorous acid water having the predetermined concentration is generated by controlling the value of current applied to the electrolytic cell (334).
