PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-fatigue agent being safe to humans and animals and allowing continuous intake and a pharmaceutical composition containing the fatigue agent.SOLUTION: An anti-fatigue agent has a dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]octane derivative represented by the general formula (I) as an active ingredient, and a pharmaceutical composition contains the fatigue agent. The derivative is preferably sesamin. In the formula, R, R, R, R, R, and Rare each independently a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having a carbon number of 1 to 3, or Rand Rand/or Rand Rtaken together represent a methylene group or an ethylene group, and n, m, and l represent 0 or 1.【課題】ヒトや動物等に対して安全で、継続摂取が可能な抗疲労剤、及び該疲労剤を含有する医薬組成物の提供。【解決手段】一般式（Ｉ）で表わされるジオキサビシクロ〔３．３．０〕オクタン誘導体を有効成分とする抗疲労剤、及び該疲労剤を含有する医薬組成物。該誘導体としては、セサミンであることが好ましい。（式中、Ｒ１、Ｒ２、Ｒ３、Ｒ４、Ｒ５、及びＲ６はそれぞれ独立に水素原子、炭素数１～３のアルキル基、あるいはＲ１とＲ２、及び／又はＲ４とＲ５は一緒になってメチレン基もしくはエチレン基を表し、そしてｎ，ｍ，ｌは０又は１を表す。）【選択図】なし
