PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustment sheet capable of adjusting an opening amount of a container with an inexpensive configuration, and a volatilization container having the adjustment sheet.SOLUTION: An adjustment sheet 1 is stored inside a lid body so as to overlap a seal member between a container body that contains a volatilizing agent and hermetically seals an opening with an aluminum seal and a lid body having a plurality of volatilization holes for volatilizing the agent, and covering the opening. The adjustment sheet 1 comprises: an outer peripheral edge 1a that just overlaps an edge of the opening of the container body in a state of peeling off the aluminum seal； a folding part 2 for folding a part of the adjustment sheet 1 at a position separated from the outer peripheral edge 1a； and a notch part 3 provided so as to connect both ends of the folding part 2 and surround a part 4 of the adjustment sheet 1 with the folding portion 2, for cutting and raising the part 4 of the adjustment sheet 1 around the folding part 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5【課題】安価な構成により容器の開口量を調整できる調整シート、およびこの調整シートを備えた揮散容器を提供する。【解決手段】調整シート１は、揮散する薬剤を収容して開口部をアルミシールで密閉した容器本体と、薬剤を揮散させるための複数の揮散孔を有して開口部に被せた蓋体と、の間でシール部材に重ねて蓋体の内側に収納される。この調整シート１は、アルミシールを剥がした状態で容器本体の開口部の縁にちょうど重なる外周縁１ａと、外周縁１ａから離間した位置で調整シート１の一部を折り曲げる折り部２と、折り部２の両端をつないで折り部２との間で調整シート１の一部４を囲むように設けられ、調整シート１の一部４を折り部２を中心に切り起こすための切込部３と、を有する。【選択図】図５
