PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrolytic water for hair treatment suitable for hair treatment such as permanent treatment, hair color and hair care.SOLUTION: A salt including no chlorine ion is produced as a supporting electrolyte by using a diaphragm electrolytic device using electrolytic water for hair treatment comprising reduction water having pH of 9.0 to 13.0 and ORP of -850 mV to 30 mV and oxidation water having pH of 1.0 to 5.0 and ORP of 700 mV to 1450 mV, the reduction water is caused to act on hair to repair or swell hair medulla hair (head hair) treatment such as permanent treatment, hair color and hair care is carried out and the oxidation water is caused to act for cuticle repair or lift-up suppression, so that the hair is well influenced.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】パーマネント処理、ヘアカラー、ヘアケア等の毛髪処理に好適な毛髪処理用電解水を提供する。【解決手段】有隔膜電解装置を使い、塩素イオンを含まない塩を支持電解質として生成され、pHが9.0~13.0、ORPが-850mV~30mVである還元水及びpHが1.0~5.0、ORPが700mV~1450mVである酸化水からなる毛髪処理用電解水を用い、毛髪に上記還元水を作用させて、毛髪のメデュラを修復又は膨潤した後、パーマネント処理、ヘアカラー、ヘアケア等の毛髪(頭髪)処理を行い、さらに、上記酸化水を作用させてキューティクルの修復又はリフトアップ抑制することにより、毛髪に良好な影響を与える。【選択図】図2
