Disclosed is a medication payout device provided with: a medication supply unit (1) provided with a plurality of parallel cartridge loading units (2) arranged one on top of another and a tablet pathway (4) that extends vertically along the cartridge loading units (2)； medication cartridges (3) which can be loaded into the cartridge loading units (2) in the medication supply unit (1) and which contain medications in a manner such that said medications can be ejected； and a hopper (5) that collects tablets which have been paid out from medication cartridges (3) and have fallen down the tablet pathway (4). The hopper (5) is provided with a guide pathway (7) corresponding to the tablet pathway (4). The guide pathway (7) is provided with a plurality of direction-change pieces that medications from the tablet pathway (4) collide with, successively changing directions in a zigzag fashion.
