The present invention relates to a testing device having improved illumination, which provides illumination so as for a test to be conducted at any time regardless of the environment, obtains a clear image of a body fluid, and allows the test to be conducted accurately. The testing device having improved illumination according to the present invention comprises: a test unit which comprises a sample part having on a first surface thereof a sheet portion onto which a body fluid of a user is applied, an illumination part having a light source so as to provide light to the sample part, and a case in which a battery for supplying power to the illumination part and a lens group for magnifying the body fluid applied to the seat are accommodated; a coupling means detachably coupled to the test unit; and a user terminal which is coupled to the test unit via the coupling means, and the camera of which captures a magnified image of the sample part via the lens group and analyzes same.
