A device for the application of treatment with local negative pressure (LNP) in the area of a wound includes: a permeable layer, formed as a three-dimensional jersey layer, containing the first and second additional layers, separated from each other with monothreads an air-impermeable, but permeable for moisture vapours covering the layer above the first and additional layers. The first layer is located proximally from the used wound bed and contains a multitude of holes, each of which has the first open area. The additional layer is located distally from the used wound bed at a distance from the first layer and contains a multitude of the first holes and a multitude of the second holes, each of which has the second open area. The first and additional layers form the lower and upper layers of the permeable layer. A region between the first and additional layers contains a part of a channel for air and/or wound exudates, leaking from the wound region. The first open area is smaller than the second open area. The second open area of the second holes of the additional layer makes it possible for any solid substances, passing through the first open area of the holes of the first layer, to pass through the holes of the additional layer towards the covering layer. The wound bandage includes the device, described above.
