The composition includes one or more anti-histamines or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof one or more polysaccharides and one or more Group 1, 2, or 13 metal hydroxides. The dermatitis may be a poison ivy, poison oak, poison sumac, diaper rash, eczema, lichen simplex chronicus, rashes, dermatoses, seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, or the combination thereof A method of treatment of dermatitis is also provided.
