The present invention relates to an optical transmitting cable and a laser system including the same. The optical transmitting cable includes a first optical fiber and an image transmitting cable. The first optical fiber is configured to generate high energy particles by a laser beam transmitted from an optical source and transmit the high energy particles to a target. The image transmitting cable transmits images surrounding the target.
