PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin external preparation which excels in an anti-aging effect, a moisturizing effect, a skin-whitening effect, an anti-oxidant effect, and an anti-inflammatory effect since some of naturally-derived components do not have enough effects and the development of a superior component is demanded accordingly.SOLUTION: It has been found that an antifreeze protein to be obtained from fish of the genus Salvelinus in the family Salmonidae of the order Salmoniformes excels in a moisturizing effect, a skin-whitening effect, an anti-inflammatory effect, and an anti-aging effect, and accordingly a moisturizing agent, a skin-whitening agent, an anti-inflammatory agent, an anti-aging agent, and the skin external preparation which contain the antifreeze protein are provided.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】 天然由来成分の中には、その効果が充分ではなく、より優れた成分の開発が求められていた。それ故、本発明は抗老化効果、保湿効果、美白効果、抗酸化効果、抗炎症効果を有する優れた皮膚外用剤を提供することにある。【解決手段】 サケ目サケ科イワナ属の魚類から得られる不凍タンパク質が、保湿効果、美白効果、抗炎症効果、抗老化効果に優れていることを見出し、保湿剤、美白剤、抗炎症剤、抗老化剤、皮膚外用剤を提供するに至った。【選択図】なし
