In the method, blood collection of animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, rats and mice can be realized, with the position easily determined. Having overcome the defects of not collecting blood or not collecting enough blood in the prior art, this method enables more blood to be collected, simple, fast and accurate, which does less harm to animal heart and is conducive to repeated blood collection.Drawings Figure 1 Figure 2 1/2
