The present invention relates to a fishing chair. To explain more specifically, a front frame and a rear frame are located in front of and in the back of joining parts, attached on both sides of a main body frame. The front frame and the rear frame are joined with joining parts to be extended. When the main body frame is pulled upwardly, the front frame and the rear frame are folded downwardly. In other words, the fishing chair is easily folded or unfolded by one touch.
