The present invention relates to an alveolar distractor, and more specifically, to an alveolar distractor in which the number of screws is reduced through insertion of protrusions into an alveolar bone and a mandible, and thus the size of the alveolar distractor can be reduced, thereby reducing sensation of a patient caused by a foreign substance.
