The present invention describes a transparent nasal splint that is worn on the outside after trauma, nasal surgery, or nasal injection. The nose splint has two nose wall panels bridged together in a spine having an inverted U-shaped cross section. These nasal wall panels apply pressure to the nose and are deflected inward to grip the nose. The nose splint is made of a semi-rigid material with a suitable resilience to allow the nose wall panel to move outwardly and to allow for internal deflection of the nose panel when the nose splint is in use. The splint includes a nose portion made of a resilient spring (s) or hinge (s) adapted to allow the nose wall panel to move outwardly and to allow for internal deflection of the nose panel when the nose splint is in use .
