A high level replication fowl adenovirus (FAdV) isolate capable of reaching a viral titer of at least 3 log10 is described. Said FAdV is a non-pathogenic strain of fowl adenovirus serotype 4, identified as FAdV-4 ON1. Additionally, the present disclosure also provides a viral vector comprising the fowl adenovirus, which has inserted an exogenous nucleotide sequence coding for at least one antigenic site of a disease of concern, as well as a method for obtaining said viral vector and an immunogenic composition comprising the same.Linvention concerne un isolat dadénovirus aviaire (FAdV) à réplication de niveau élevé capable datteindre un titre viral dau moins 3 log10. Le FAdV est une souche non pathogène de sérotype 4 dadénovirus aviaire identifiée en tant que FAdV-4 ON1. Linvention concerne également un vecteur viral comprenant ladénovirus aviaire qui a été introduit dans une séquence nucléotidique exogène codant pour au moins un site antigène dune maladie dintérêt, ainsi quun procédé dobtention du vecteur viral et une composition immunogène comprenant ledit vecteur viral.
