A composition comprising(a) from 0.005% to 0.5% by weight of a cooling compound(b) from 0.1% to 10% by weight of an emulsifiable substance(c) from 0.15% to 15% by weight of a surfactant(d) optionally up to 5% by weight, preferably from 0.05% to 5% by weight of a cosurfactant. The cooling compound is preferrably icilin or menthol. The composition is to be used in toothpestes, mouthwashes, bererages, water, ice, spreads, dressings or ice cream.Cette invention se rapporte à une composition comprenant : (a) 0,005 à 0,5 % en poids dun composé réfrigérant (b) 0,1 à 10 % en poids dune substance emulsifiable (c) 0,10 à 15 % en poids dun tensioactif (d) éventuellement jusquà 5 % en poids et, de préférence, 0,05 à 5 % en poids dun co-tensioactif. Le composé réfrigérant est de préférence constitué par de liciline ou par du menthol. Cette composition est conçue pour être utilisée comme pâtes dentifrices, comme bains de bouche, comme boissons, comme glace à leau, comme produits à tartiner, comme sauces ou comme crème glacée.
