A method for obtaining aqueous extract of propolis includes cooling the propolis, comminuting thereof up to the powder-like state, mixing the prepared propolis with water and extracting at simultaneous raising of the temperature of the mixture, with the further cooling and filtering. The water prior the extraction is prepared by means of filtering through a system of reverse osmosis, then the melted water is obtained by means of freezing and unfreezing and it is treated by ozone (O) in an equivalent of 1 minute per 1 l water at a power of 450 mg/hour for imparting the water pH (8.0-9.5). The prepared water is kept in an equivalent of 2 minutes/liter for stabilizing thereof, and the extraction process is carried out in a container of a water bath, into which a measure of the prepared propolis is poured. Then the prepared water is poured in slowly, while mixing constantly, in the calculated amount to obtain the necessary concentration of the extract, the given solution is gradually heated by the water bath at the periodical mixing up to 80 °C.
