PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for emitting a volatile substance which can adjust air circulation in such a way that an aroma produced by the system is increased or decreased.SOLUTION: A system 1 emitting a volatile substance comprises a housing 2 containing a volatile substance within it, a ventilation surface 3 having a ventilation window and arranged within the housing 2 and an adjustment element 4 capable of being arranged in at least two mutually different positions, a first position where the air circulation is maximum and a second position where the air circulation is minimum.
