To provide a radiopharmaceutical administration device capable of accurately presenting an amount of radioactivity of radiopharmaceutical to be administered, and pipe unit for the radiopharmaceutical administration device.SOLUTION: A radiopharmaceutical administration device 1 includes: a saline syringe 9 capable of sucking and discharging physiological saline Q for transporting radiopharmaceutical R； a transport line 15 for connecting the saline syringe 9 to a winged needle 11 connectable to a subject as an administration destination of the radiopharmaceutical R； a drug syringe 5 capable of sucking and discharging the radiopharmaceutical R； a drug line 19 for connecting the drug syringe 5 and the transport line 15； and a check valve V19 provided at a confluence part 21 of the drug line 19 and the transport line 15.
