The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical preparation having varenicline or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. In particular, the present invention relates to: an orally administered pharmaceutical preparation which allows limited use of a sweetening agent or a flavoring agent by effectively masking the unique taste of varenicline, particularly bitterness, which is a bitter and burning taste, and ensures convenience in taking the pharmaceutical preparation by being orally administrable without irritation while containing a pharmaceutically effective amount of varenicline or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof； and a method for producing the orally administered pharmaceutical preparation.La présente invention concerne une préparation pharmaceutique contenant de la varénicline ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celle-ci à titre de principe actif. En particulier, la présente invention concerne : une préparation pharmaceutique à usage oral qui permet un usage limité d'un édulcorant ou d'un aromatisant par masquage efficace du goût unique de la varénicline, notamment de son amertume, caractérisée par un goût amer et piquant, et garantit la commodité de la prise de ladite préparation pharmaceutique par voie orale sans irritation, bien qu'elle contienne une quantité pharmaceutiquement efficace de varénicline ou d'un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celle-ci； et un procédé de production de ladite préparation pharmaceutique à usage oral.본 발명은 바레니클린 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염을 유효성분으로 하는 약학 제제에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 바레니클린 특유의 맛, 특히 쓰고 타는듯한 맛인 고미가 효과적으로 차폐되어, 감미제 내지 착향제의 제한적 사용이 가능하며, 약학적으로 유효한 양의 바레니클린 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염을 포함하면서도 자극없이 구강으로 투여 가능한바 복용상의 편의성을 담보한, 구강 투여용 약학 제제 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
