A brainwave adjusting device is provided. The brainwave adjusting device is adapted to transmit signal with a control device. The brainwave adjusting device includes a head-mounted element, a control module, at least a brainwave sensor and at least an ear bone oscillating device, wherein the control module is disposed on the head-mounted element and is adapted to transmit signal with the control device. The at least a brainwave sensor is connected to the head-mounted element. The at least a brainwave sensor is adapted to transmit signal with the control module, and a brainwave signal sensed by the at least a brainwave sensor is transmitted to the control device through the control module. The at least an ear bone oscillating device is connected to the head-mounted element. The at least an ear bone oscillating device is adapted to transmit signal with the control module and vibrates according to a control signal received from the control device through the control module.
