A temperature sensor(22) detects the temperature of water in a water bath by being installed at one side of the water bath. At least one light emitting diode(32) emits light to the water in the water bath by being installed at the upper side of the water bath. A cover covers the upper side of the light emitting diode and the water bath. An proximity sensor(24) detects the proximity of a human by being installed at the external side of the water bath or the cover.
