PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel-like composition excellent in gelling ability and the feel of use.SOLUTION: The gel-like composition includes 0.1-60 mass% of (a) a blocked alkylene oxide derivative expressed by formula (I), (b) an oil component and 0.1-10% of (c) water and has a viscosity of the system with the oil component as the continuous phase of &ge500 mPa s (25°C). Formula (I): R1O-[(AO)l(EO)m(AO)n]-R2.
