CONSTITUTION: A high frequency treatment apparatus comprises: a high frequency power generation unit(310) generating high frequency power source and reference power source； a treatment electrode unit sanctioning high frequency power to the human body； an opposing electrode unit(200) equipped with a plurality of opposing electrodes； a controller(350) which electrically controls a plurality of opposing electrodes； and a switch unit(340) offering the reference power source to the opposing electrode.본 발명은 고주파 치료 장치 및 이의 구동 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 치료 전극에 고주파 전원을 인가하고 치료 전극에 대응하는 다수의 대향 전극에는 순차적으로 기준 전원을 제공하여 치료 전극과 다수의 대향 전극 각각의 사이 공간에서 순차적으로 심부열을 발생시킴으로써 치료 목적과 치료하고자 하는 부위의 깊이와 범위에 따라 심부열의 발생 깊이 또는 심부열의 온도를 자유롭게 제어할 수 있는 고주파 치료 장치에 관한 것이다.
