Furthermore, the equipment has a heating medium tank 25 which is arranged below the case frame and receives the heating medium M jetted from the nozzle 30, a heating medium-circulating circuit 40 which circulates the heating medium M stored in the heating medium tank 25 to the nozzle 30, and a temperature adjusting means. The temperature adjusting means is arranged in the heating medium tank 25 or the heating medium-circulating circuit 40, has a heating part 51 which heats the heating medium M, and water supply equipment 52 which supplies water to the heating medium tank 25 or the heating medium-circulating circuit 40.
