PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe that has no structural restraint for the arrangement of a potting material, has high productivity, and can express desired performance.SOLUTION: In an ultrasonic probe an electrical contact is covered with a sealing material. The sealing material is a cured product of a potting material, and as the potting material, used is a potting material with its Shore D hardness of 70-90.
