A human monoclonal antibody, or a mixture, monomer or active fragment thereof, characterized by its ability to bind oligodendrocytes, or a synthetic antibody derived therefrom and which has the ability to bind oligodendrocytes, with the following characteristics: (a ) capable of inducing remyelination； (b) capable of stimulating cell proliferation of glial cells； and (c) capable of stimulating Ca ++ signaling in oligodendrocytes； and having: a heavy chain variable domain having the amino acid sequence of sHIgM22 type A or type B as set forth in Figure 17 and a light chain variable domain having the amino acid sequence of sHIgM22 of type I or type II as indicated in Figure 18； a variable domain of the heavy chain having the amino acid sequence of ebvHIgM MSI19D10 as set forth in Figure 19 and a variable domain of the light chain having the amino acid sequence of ebvHIgM MSI19D10 as set forth in Figure 20； a heavy chain variable domain having the amino acid sequence of ebv HigM CB2bG8 as set forth in Figure 27 and a variable light chain domain having the amino acid sequence of ebv HIgM CB2bG8 as set out in Figure 28Un anticuerpo monoclonal humano, o una mezcla, monómero o fragmento activo del mismo, caracterizado por su capacidad para unirse a oligodendrocitos, o un anticuerpo sintético derivado del mismo y que tiene la capacidad para unirse a los oligodendrocitos, con las características siguientes: (a) capaz de inducir remielinización； (b) capaz de estimular la proliferación celular de células gliales； y (c ) capaz de estimular la señalización de Ca++ en los oligodendrocitos； y que tiene: un dominio variable de la cadena pesada que tiene la secuencia de aminoácidos de sHIgM22 de tipo A o de tipo B como se establece en la Figura 17 y un dominio variable de la cadena ligera que tiene la secuencia de aminoácidos de sHIgM22 de tipo I o de tipo II como se indica en la Figura 18； un dominio variable de la cadena pesada que tiene la secuencia de aminoácidos de ebvHIgM MSI1
