The present invention relates to a tissue stripper capable of easily stripping tissues by being inserted into a human body, which can freely bend an inner tube inserted into a human body during a surgery to allow a cutting head to approach a target point by bypassing an obstacle or to strip tissues at an optimal angle. The flexible tissue stripper (100) of the present invention comprises: an outer tube (110) inserted into a human body； an inner tube (120) inserted into the outer tube to allow a front end portion thereof to protrude from a front end of the outer tube； a cutting head (130) positioned at a front end of the inner tube； a cable (140) connected to a rear end of the cutting head； a driving shaft (150) connected to a rear end of the cable； and a driving motor for applying a rotational force to the driving shaft. A flexible tube (170) for surrounding the front end portion of the inner tube is connected to the front end of the outer tube. A traction cable (180) extending into the outer tube is inserted into the flexible tube. Also, an elastic member (181) for surrounding the traction cable is inserted into the flexible tube.
