This bioelectric signal-measuring apparatus (100) comprises multiple bioelectrodes (11A, 11B), a short-circuiting unit (20), a differential amplification unit (30), a bioelectric signal-extracting unit (40), and a timing control unit (50). The multiple bioelectrodes (11A, 11B) contact the surface of a living body and are disposed at a distance from each other. The short-circuiting unit (20) short-circuits the bioelectrodes (11A, 11B) via a prescribed short-circuiting resistance. The differential amplification unit (30) is connected to the bioelectrodes (11A, 11B) and differentially amplifies the electric signals from the bioelectrodes (11A, 11B). The bioelectric signal-extracting unit (40) extracts the bioelectric signal from the output signal of the differential amplifying means (30) from the time that the short circuit between the bioelectrodes (11A, 11B) is released until the next short-circuiting.
