PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily detach a fastening tape in a small space in a fastening type paper diaper using a mechanical fastener.
SOLUTION: Fastening strips of tape each having a hook tape 9 on the inner surface of an end side are respectively protruded on both side parts of a back side, and a plurality of target strips of tapes 6, 6, etc., are arranged in parallel on respective both sides while using the center in the width direction on the outer surface of an abdominal side as a baseline. An end part 6c on the central side in the width direction of each target tape 6 is fixed on the outer surface on the abdominal side, and a part 6f located outside of the fixed part 6c in the width direction is not fixed on the outer surface of the abdominal side but is constituted as a free part 6f which is separated from the outer surface of the abdominal side.
