PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nurse call slave machine capable of being down-sized and hardly storing dust or the like in a connector.SOLUTION: A hook 27 for hooking a hand slave machine 12 is made rotatable at a position, where its tongue piece part 28 is made rotatable at a position to cover the front of an insertion hole 24, and the rear face of the tongue piece part 28 is shaped to bulge forward. Between the bulging back face of the tongue piece part 28 and the insertion hole 24, there is formed a space 32 for releasing such a cable 36 to the outside of the hook 27 as extends from a hand side connector 35 inserted through the insertion hole 24 into a storage box 14. Thus, the nurse call slave machine can be made smaller than that of the prior art.
