PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a seedling planting apparatus, and to improve the planting capability.SOLUTION: The seedling planting apparatus includes: a rotator (50) which rotates on the inner peripheral side of a fixing support body (79)； a final shaft (82) in the lateral direction rotatably disposed at a position eccentric to the center of rotation of the rotator (50)； a seedling planting implement (49) attached to a projecting part of the final shaft projecting from the rotator (50)； and a final shaft rotation transmission mechanism for rotating the final shaft (82) relative to the rotator (50) according to the rotation of the rotator (50). The seedling planting apparatus also includes a plurality of support shafts (83) in the lateral direction at positions eccentric to the center of rotation of the rotator (50) and different from the position of the final shaft (82). Bearings (80) attached to the support shafts (83) rotatably support the rotator (50) in contact with the inner periphery of the fixing support body (79).
