This paper describes an oral drug formulation for sustained release of vitamin D compounds, which provides a brief introduction to the long-term stable dissociation of vitamin D under different storage conditions. The oral drug formula includes a vitamin D compound, one or two of which are 25 hydroxyvitamin D2 and 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 and a cellulose ether, belonging to the fat matrix.
