The present invention refers to a pharmaceutical formulation that contains liquid extracts of S. babylonica, L. leucocephalia and the mixture of both extracts (1:1, v/v) for treating parasitic diseases in sheep, where the active agents are the metabolic compounds in tables 1, 2 and 3 and figures from 1 to 20. The process for obtaining said extracts attains a substantial increase in the concentration of the active compounds, additionally allowing liquid extracts to be prepared, which due to the transparent appearance thereof has a higher acceptance by sheep and is practical. The pharmaceutical formulation of the present invention produces an antihelmintic effect higher than the extracts reported in the state-of-the-art and without the side effects of the drugs currently used in the treatments of the parasitic disease in sheep.La presente invención se refiere a la formación farmacéutica que comprende extractos líquidos de S. babylonica, L. leucocephala y la mezcla de los do extractos (1:1, v/v) para el tratamientos de la enfermedad parasitaria en ovinos, donde los agentes activos son los compuestos metabolitos en tablas 1, 2 y 3 y las figuras del 1 al 20. El proceso para la obtención de dichos extractos logra un notable aumento en la concentración de los compuestos activos, y adicionalmente, permite la preparación de extractos líquidos que por su apariencia traslucida tiene mayor aceptación y práctico por los ovinos. La formulación farmacéutica objeto de la invención produce un mayor efecto antihelmíntico que los extractos reportados en el estado de la técnica y sin los efectos adversos de los fármacos que se emplean actualmente en los tratamientos de la enfermedad parasitaria en ovinos.
