PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pet scratcher in which most of waste is not scattered even if scratched by a pet, and also a function as an interior accessory is provided.SOLUTION: A pet scratcher is provided which has a scratching surface with loop piles densified on a base. Also, the pet scratcher is provided in which the loop piles are diagonally arranged on a base surface. Also, the pet scratcher is provided in which the density of the loop piles is 8 gauges or more per square inch, and the pile density is 8 stitches or more. Also, the pet scratcher is provided which includes a fastener for upright placement.
