In embodiments the oscillation sensing element is an accelerometer, such as a 9-axis motion sensor, alternatively it could be a piezoelectric element configured to deform in response to the deformation of the fabric of the wearable garment. In embodiments the wearable garment is a sports bra. The wearable garment may further comprise a wireless communication unit (314, figure 2).
