The present invention provides an endo pile for dental endodontic treatment, comprising: a head portion inserted into and detachably coupled to a hand piece； a tissue removing portion inserted, from the lower side of the head piece, into the inside of the root canal of a patient's tooth for removing the nerve of a tooth； and a stress dispersion portion having at least one horizontal penetration hole in the inside between the head portion and the tissue removing portion, so as to prevent and buffer stress concentration generated during the rotation of the endo pile and to minimize endo pile breakage. The endo pile for dental endodontic treatment, according to the present invention, minimizes stress concentration due the division of to the cross section of a connection portion when big rotation torque transferred from the head portion, which is coupled to the hand piece and rotated, is primarily transferred to the connection portion, stably rotates the connection portion while not breaking the connection portion by equally dispersing the torque across the cross section thereof, and delivers the torque to the tissue removing portion and thus is useful for effective dental endodontic treatment without breaking the endo pile during use.
