PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waist nipper which, even though a user hurts her abdomen because of a cesarean section or the like, can decrease stimulation on the wound and achieve tightening force.SOLUTION: The postpartum waist nipper has a belt-like belt body 12 which is wound around the abdomen. Endpoints 14, 15 in the winding direction X have, at their inner surfaces, hook-and-loop fasteners 30, 31, respectively, which can be detachably attached to the outer face of the belt body 12. A slit-like open hole 40 through which one endpoint 14, among the endpoints 14, 15, can be inserted is provided at a point close to the other endpoint 15 and in the center of the width direction crossing at right angles with the winding direction X. The postpartum waist nipper has, in the inner face of the belt body 12, a smooth area 13 which is provided corresponding to the front area of the abdomen, is flexible and has no levels.
