Producing and purifying various recombinant β2-GPI fragments using a viral expression system screening functional domains of β2-GPI with potential in inhibiting tumor cell proliferation and migration preparing purified recombinant β2-GPI peptides having the functional domains including β2-GPI-D1, β2-GPI-D4, β2-GPI-D5, β2-GPI-D1234, β2-GPI-D12345 and β2-GPI-D2345 and applying the purified recombinant β2-GPI peptides in the development of anti-tumor protein drugs or related therapy.
