The present invention relates to a tilling device including a ski-plate for mud flat capable of preventing a tilling device from falling into the mud flat by installing the ski-plate in the tilling device used to upgrading the low quality of a mud flat farm, which is old and is polluted and capable of extricating the tilling device from the mud flat using the buoyancy of a buoyancy means for flood tide and by including the buoyancy means such as a Styrofoam block even if the tilling device is fell into the mud flat. The tilling device including the ski-plate for the mud flat according to a desirable embodiment of the present invention comprises a vehicle in which a hook member is rotatably installed to dig the mud flat along a driving direction at one side and in which a caterpillar track is installed to move on the mud flat； a first frame member for controlling a length along a horizontal direction and installed at both sides of the vehicle； a second frame member installed at an external end of the first frame member to control the length along a vertical direction； and a ski-plate member detachably installed at a lower end of the second frame member and for preventing the vehicle from falling into the mud flat by connecting to the mud flat according to the length control of the first and the second frame member.본 발명은 노후되고 오염된 갯벌 양식장의 저질을 개선하는데 사용되는 경운장치에 스키판부재가 설치되도록 함으로써 경운장치가 갯벌에 빠지는 것이 방지될 수 있고, 스티로폼 블럭과 같은 부력수단이 더 구비됨에 따라 경운장치가 갯벌에 빠진다 하더라도 밀물 시 들어오는 바닷물에 대한 부력수단의 부력을 이용해 경운장치를 갯벌에서 탈출시킬 수 있는 스키판이 구비된 갯벌용 경운장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예에 따른 스키판이 구비된 갯벌용 경운장치는 일측에는 운행방향에 따라 갯벌이 파헤쳐질 수 있도록 갈고리부재가 회동가능하게 설치되고 하부에는 갯벌에서의 운행이 가능하도록 무한궤도가 작동 가능하게 설치되는 운행차와, 상기 운행차 양 측면에 수평방향으로 길이조절 가능하게 설치되는 제 1 프레임부재와, 상기 제 1 프레임부재의 외측 단부에 수직방향으로 길이조절 가능하게 설치되는 제 2 프레임부재와, 상기 제 2 프레임부재의 하측 단부에 탈착 가능하게 설치되고 상기 제 1 프레임부재 및 제 2 프레임부재의 길이조절에 따라 갯벌 상에 면접되게 위치되어 상기 운행차가 갯벌에 빠지는 것이 방지되도록 하는 스키판부재가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
