The elongate member (140) is insertable into the tube (130) to provide additional rigidity to the tube (130). The housing (110) has a first state prior to insertion of the elongate member (140) and a second state after insertion of the elongate member (140). The distal end (114) of the housing (110) is collapsible when in the first state to facilitate insertion into the incision and has additional rigidity when in the second state for securing the housing (110) within the incision.
