PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant-raising culture soil capable of preventing the skin of the hands from being roughened beforehand, by mixing a culture base material for raising the plant with a skin-roughness inhibitor in a specified ratio, so that the culture soil can be easily given to be applied to the soil of farm field, the soil of greenhouse, the soil for raising and seedling, etc., given to be filled into a pot and planter, and further suitably used as a culture soil for horticulture, for flowerbed, and for flower garden, without suffering from hand roughness, skin chapping, cracks, chilblains, etc., even when the culture soil is directly touched to the hands. SOLUTION: This plant-raising culture soil is obtained by mixing 85-99.5 wt.% of the culture base material for raising the plant with 0.5-15 wt.% of the skin-roughness inhibitor.
