The purpose of the present invention is to identify a target molecule that is involved in Dkkl-induced hyperproliferation of tumor cells to provide a novel antitumor agent. CKAP4 specifically regulates the hyperproliferation effects that are induced by Dkkl, and proliferation of tumor cells can be suppressed by inhibiting expression or function of CKAP4 in the tumor cells.
