The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting cancer metastasis, wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises tetraarsenic hexoxide (As_4O_6). It has been confirmed that the infiltration and movement of cancer cells mediated by an epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and a human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (HER-2) are inhibited, and the inhibiting effect has been confirmed to be excellent compared to As_2O_3.
