A vibration stimulus delivery device for delivering a vibration stimulus to an animal is disclosed. The vibration stimulus delivery device comprises a stimulus trigger detection device and a vibration probe. The stimulus trigger detection device, carried by the animal, is responsive to a stimulus trigger. The vibration probe, carried by the animal, includes a vibration probe housing containing a vibrator, where the vibration probe housing is secured in physical contact with the skin of the animal. The vibration probe is in electrical communication with the stimulus trigger detection device such that when the stimulus trigger detection device responds to the stimulus trigger, the vibrator generates a vibration to the extent that the vibration probe vibrates.
