FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to operative gynaecology. For prevention of peritoneal adhesion following myomectomy, complex three-stage action on pathogenetic mechanisms of adhesion formation is performed. At first stage 30 minutes before surgery, 1.0 g of Tranexam in dilution in 200 ml of 0.9 % sodium chloride solution is intravenously drip intravenously drop by drop for 20–30 minutes. At the second stage, after myomectomy, anti-collapsible Anti-Adhesin 5 g gel is applied on the postoperative cicatrix.
